It feels like you are sitting in a snow-globe and life just keeps shaking it up with a blizzard to to-do's, roles, responsibilities and demands so you can't think straight.

The mental over-responsibility, the practical load, the emotional burden and the unrealistic expectations all block your clarity and often your confidence.

The Overwhelm Breakthrough Session

I'm going to help you understand where the overwhelm comes from (it's not you!), recognise when it is looming, and actively manage how to avoid and overcome it so that you can step out of the blizzard and into your better, bolder, brighter life.

As a coach helping women find more balance, direction and joy in their lives, the goal of this session is to help you separate your sense of self from your situation so you can thrive in the context of your life, not just feel you are barely surviving it. 

You have two options for this 90 minute fun and practical session: 

Online > You can join me online via Zoom at 7pm, Tuesday 25th March (recorded in case you can't make it live)

In Person > You can join me in person for a lunch 'n' learn (and laugh 'n' love your new tangible tools) in Dublin 6 an 12pm on Friday 28th March.

You'll come away with an understanding of: 

  • the context of your life as a modern women
  • the Quadrant of Chaos - the practical, mental, emotional overload, plus the outdated socialisation that messes with your sense of self - and how it creates your Blizzard Brain
  • how to manage your emotional wellbeing by recognising your flow in and out of this Quadrant
  • how to be proactive in managing your mental weather and taking charge of your time and energy

My approach 

Like most women today, I've had my fair share of ups and downs.  I juggle a lot - and I suspect you're the same, right?  So I know I don't have time to waste which is why as a coach, speaking and best-selling author, I have a no-bullshit, practical and loving energy - I'll be your coach, cheerleader and confidante, while occasionally poking you with a stick!
