The most common feedback I get about my Breakthrough Empower hour is “I can see my choices and feel I can manage better now.”
You might be feeling overwhelmed. The struggle to juggle is A LOT.
You might be stuck. The roles and responsibilities can weigh you down.
You might be ready for change. Indecision and fear can feel daunting.
And that's where coaching comes in.
Being coached is like putting on a pair of glasses. Suddenly you see things clearly, as they really are, perhaps for the first time in a while. My job is simply to give you the space, structure and support to think about you and what you need. And I do it by coaching through the very specific lens of women’s lives today — lives that are bursting with possibility yet also full to bursting with pressure.
Here’s what Helen said after her Breakthrough Empower Hour:
“I realised that I have choices and the power to change things and that I’m not as wedded to my situation as I thought. It's about having the courage to ask what I want and facing up to the fact that things may need to change to deliver that. This has helped me with two recent decisions I've had to make. I found Alana to be empathetic and strong, and she guided me to gain some clarity and perspective.”
