The Balanced Life Blueprint is my 10-week group coaching adventure, starting on the 14th April 2025.  You CAN have more fairness, balance and beauty in your life - and Iâm going to show you how to live a better, bolder, brighter life.
On this course, youâll join a small cohort of women, each with their own unique story, but all of whom know how it feels to want to manage better, set manageable boundaries, live more boldly, and feel brighter amid the merry mayhem of daily life as a modern-day woman.Â
Iâll take you on a 10-week adventure where you will learn practical and powerful life-long tools, habits and empowering thinking so you can go fromÂ

Like you, I wear multiple hats from day to day and sometimes the hat-swapping is enough to make my head spin. Along with all the spinning plates, itâs a lot!
Thatâs because whilst this is the most exciting time to be a woman, itâs also the busiest. Our lives are now brimming with potential, yet also bursting with pressure. Â
Which is why I coach through that specific lens. By framing your experiences in the unique context of women's lives today, I help you understand the pressures and how to manage them, so you have the space and clarity to take advantage of your possibilities. Â
For each of the 10 weeks of The Balanced Life Blueprint, you get a short video along with a set of exercises that help you reclaim yourself, explore what you need and want, and challenge the self-limiting beliefs (we all have them!) and habits that keep you stuck or weighed down by pressure.Â

And every week I host a live get-together online. These sessions provide a safe, elevating space where I answer your questions and offer support and where we all get to share our learnings and challenges - and much laughter too. Â
Throughout the 10 weeks, I offer ongoing individual email support, and I also do an individual 1:1 session with you during or shortly after the programme.Â

- The course lasts 10 weeks and starts on Monday 14th April.
- Thereâll be a pre-start questionnaire so I can get some background and we hit the ground running.Â
- You have the space to do the work in your own time that week.
- The weekly live online get-together will be on a Thursday evening. Even if you havenât done that weekâs exercise, itâll still be useful to have the live coaching from me and get the chats in.Â
- We will arrange the date and time of your 1:1 empower hour during the course of the programme.Â
- It costs âŹ975 for one payment in full for the 10 weeks including your 1:1 hour. Or you can make three online payments of âŹ335 on booking and again at weeks 4 and 7. Or you can pay fortnightly and I'll invoice you for that. Just email me at [email protected]
